Back in the GE there is usually some article around that discusses pets of the candidates… the McCains had had everything over the years… all sorts of pets, multiple dogs and cats a time. Usual household with children. Gosh, even W stopped to feed the 6 toe’d cat on election night in 2004 in the family condo in Houston.
