…Those that argue that the individual mandate is the only way to insure the millions of people who currently do not have insurance should be laughed out of the discussion. Why not mandate that all citizens be required to own a home in order to stop homelessness, or mandate that everyone eat at least three meals a day in order to cure hunger in America? By making the problem a crime, we do not solve the problem but rather apply a disgusting bandaid on an even more disgusting problem.

President Obama, you are not off the hook. The compromise bill passed today puts the moral imperative squarely on your desk. Sign an executive order instituting a full non-discrimination policy throughout the military. If you do not, if you drag your feet and politicize this with your theoretical calculations as you have these past two years, you will be guilty of abetting those who loudly proclaim homophobia from their platforms and pulpits. Provide them no shelter or safe haven. Institute justice now.

Do not compare this to the integration of racial and religious minorities in the 1940’s and 1950’s. Integration of gay people has already happened. This is one inherent difference between our civil rights movement and that of the past decades. We are integrated, we simply fight for our integrity. As each civil rights movement fights for access to a particular resource, it is clear that the gay rights movement fights for access to dignity and our own integrity. This struggle only begins.

Solid enough, but……So?

::
::

Perhaps I should expound.
But I will not for long ,
because nations in demise,
whose light out of darkness, whether presented as fortuitously found in the bunker or closeted embrace of other more inclusive efforts at military recruiting …are motivated by one reason only.

And SO not going to naval gaze here:
Shouldn’t all People…?

GMAFB. They just did one of the few tickets left out of compulsory murder and mayhem.

And this gump is less concerned with the ex-haltation of “Lt. Dan” per se, the latest regressive military effort in food franchising, really …. {BTW : LOL @ HuffPo and the Southern courtesies extended ex mil civilians} – …as I am about the Pwog marketeers holding out the promise of more to come.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

meant to say They just did IN one of the few tickets left out of compulsory murder and mayhem.

And the second para of Choi’s quoted
..read like slobber to me and raises a whole lot of Why nots? Really’s? and How So’s?…..

And forgive me for cherry picking, perhaps disrupting the Quonset hut circle jerk, but really…

marisacat - 19 December 2010

well he sounds angry… and he just got out of involuntary committment.

There is this endless tussle … so many black people seem to HATE that anyone else be accorded Civil Rights. As if it is some precious only for them thing. Yeah right.

No idea where he is coming from on this, right now. WIll read the whole later (just woke up)

marisacat - 19 December 2010

People insist he do an EO, but the very bill, DADT made sure it tied the hands of the Executive. All that died with dear old BIll C. It ws made so it HAD to go thru Congress and be a ”change” passed by COngress.

And god knows I am no ObBob appologist…

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

Oh I know, and we’re not in disagreement,
you’re comment here nailed it..
I was not sure what would weigh out, fodder vs expansion of FEDERAL rights and access -mcat

It is such a pisser:
As we forward march under yet another
Military~as~Font~of~Progress banner.

marisacat - 19 December 2010

I know… I actually AGREE with IOZ. Who gives a fuck about the mil. I sure never defend it, ever…. But rights line up. And FEDERAL rights and access is why they are forcing SS Marriage thru the 57 (ob sys there are 57!) goddam states.

am pretty sure it is a badly written bill but have not bothered to read the gay press yet on this bill that finally scraped thru (well, wide margin, but who knows what is coming next congress).

Meanwhile a bill to assist girls and women worldwide (which means thru USAID and PEPFAR monies and so on) to avoid child marriage died in the House. Under assault from the R who said it would assist in providing abortions. And Dems of course went along. Enuf. The anit abortion ones like Marcy Kaptur, etc.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

What a freakin wedge play.
So the Federales, who else ~ the MIL – gets the fodder, the States get the marriage rights “debate” – which will be tied up FuhEVAH…
as spousal benefits go nowhere.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

And shamelessly lookin for a laugh here..

(ob says there are 57!) goddam states.

Waddya expect from a Product placement courtesy of Heinz!??? 😆

marisacat - 19 December 2010

My most favorite blooper (and this one is far more than a misspeak of any sort) of 2008 electiion (and why I cannot give a hoot about Palin malaprops) was from Biden.

That when the Depression hit in ’29, FDR took to the television screens and reassured the American peoples.

Hellooooooo?

Who ws pretzel in 29? and when did TV get even to NYC, much less much beyond?

Hellooooooooooooooooooooo?
You hAVE to love it.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

LOL.

And I’m a slow study, but REALLY, the last straw for me was when he LATER said

when the Depression hit in ’29, FDR took to the television screens and reassured the American peoples DURING THE HEINZ 57 FIRESIDE CHAT HOUR!

😯 😆

Madman in the Marketplace - 19 December 2010

But rights line up

First they let you kill for the state, THEN you get the other rights … the only group that hasn’t been true is women.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

Pregnant women.
And then they can court martial you.
‘course not the sacred soldier to be in womb, tho.

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

cuz the wimmins can god damn sure fly fixed wing aircraft and attack helicopters.

Hell this keeps going we might yet see “Baby on Board” stickers. It’s Advent, what can I say?

marisacat - 19 December 2010

I don’t support the mil, at all. Hell I don’t even support marriage.

I’ve never seen how anyone survives it….

marisacat - 19 December 2010

well… I know that…

Not that there will be some Loving v Virginia for gays. There won’t, not that I can see.

and ya know the ERA was only a fw words. But apparently too many.

ms_xeno - 19 December 2010

Teh Pope made me do it. :p Otherwise, no healthcare.

Now we’re free of Popecare, though the secular version is at least as rapacious, but it’s so much more expensive to divorce than it is to marry.

Such a shame, too. If I were divorced and living alone in an unheated shack, maybe I’d be destitute enough to qualify for the Oregon Health Plan. :p

3. BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

I confess exhaustion.
An Adam Kokesh, for example, he is not.
Choi IMO, never left the Mil.
In the hypothetical gun to the head, my life depending on it question: Is he legit or not?, I’d say he’s an op.

A WHOLE LOT of Brasso to come off Choi’s polished apple before it rolls any farther away from the tree. Via his close in HuffPo

I intend to rejoin the military and serve in any capacity I can be of best use.

More about that in a bit!

I intend to marry and have a family of my own. We are living in a truly historic moment where we can enjoy the rewards of our efforts. We stand on the shoulders of many who have come before us, from Air Force Technical Sergeant Leonard Matlovich to our present day heroes. We owe it to them to continue fighting. Our loudness does not distract but enhances the fight. Our direct action puts wind in the sails of lobbyists and political elites who do our bidding on the inside. We are one team with one goal: Equality in our lifetime. I do not intend to waver or retreat in pursuit of this new life purpose and mission, and neither should any American who loves justice.

Who WROTE that fierce urgency of now-shit?
Favreau?

And this guy Choi has been ushered right to the front of the MSM chow line, having arrived on the “dissident” (but Pro MIL!) scene in 2008. GMAFB.

Now sure, bullshit sifter at ready here, too, as it’s Wiki, but COME ON.

Choi is a native of Orange County, California, the son of a Korean-American Baptist minister.[7] He graduated from Tustin High School then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point.[8]

Military education and career

Choi graduated from West Point in 2003 with degrees in Arabic and environmental engineering.[9] Choi served as an infantry officer in Iraq with the 10th Mountain Division[10] in 2006 and 2007. In June 2008, he transferred from active duty Army to the New York National Guard. Choi served as a National Guardsman with the 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry, based in Manhattan.[9]

Let’s see: Orange County Korean Baptist Minister’s Son of the West Pointing Arab Linguist of the Mountaineer Division

Oh please, Hell, I WANNA FUCK HIM NOW. 😆

No, I think the PNAC mil was ready for the whole Change-o blowback mood and recruited for it long ago.
FFS, Like the mil hasn’t had its …uses for gays all along.

If I recall correctly, Iran and AfPak are a little more mountainous and trending Asiatic than Iraq.

marisacat - 19 December 2010

He tried to re-apply some weeks ago… I cannot remember who turned him down as “too old” but they referred him to another service, forget which one, who said they would accept him after testing.

I am unsure WHO will take him now with an involuntary committment (or any committment, I would imagine) on his record. Not all news reports include that part…

BooHooHooMan - 19 December 2010

I question the record.
This guy was manning the gaydar a few years ago.

Not better in New York.

Hmm. A Citigroup analyst, 27 years old, she was a top recruit out of Georgetown, Citi featered her in a global recruiting operations video….

Jeezis. How does THIS story read?

Citigroup analyst in Suicide Plummet

A beautiful Citigroup analyst jumped to her death in an apparent suicide yesterday from the roof of a ritzy Upper West Side high-rise, police said.

Jessica Fashano, 27, plunged from the crest of swanky Trump Place Tower, which rises 40 stories above Riverside Boulevard, and landed face down in a third-floor courtyard just after 8 a.m., police and witnesses said.
::

Fashano, who cops said had sneaked into the building, 🙄 landed a job as a Citigroup analyst after graduating from Georgetown University in 2005. The company even features the smiling brunette in a recruitment video.

Fashano, whose motive for jumping was unclear, also was active in charity work. In 2008, she teamed with other analysts to raise $189,260 for needy New Yorkers.

She is in a very, VERY rare club indeed.
Men in the US commit suicide at 4 times the rate of women her age. And among everybody, suicide from heights is a far less likely method and even less so by women.

Very rare club.

Tho this is Taiwan, Ref 1 , Ref 2,, it’s holds true worldwide.

…as bodies are dropping all over as Bankster’s crime war goes on.

ms_xeno - 19 December 2010

I love the “beautiful” part. Guess it’s no tragedy if ugly women off themselves.

🙄

brinn - 19 December 2010

Or ugly poor women work themselves to death instead of committing suicide.

I know I’m being uncharitable, but fuck it.

ms_xeno - 20 December 2010

That’s the kind of un-charity we need, for sure.

Pink…. or a rosy orange… apparently the moon will be turning that color early Tuesday am, in the Lunar Eclipse.

I doubt we will be able to see it here, San Francisco is under days of solid gray pea soup. A shroud of gray…. Rain fog and more rain and fog. Endless rain.

brinn - 19 December 2010

The boys and I have a date to watch it — it’s been clear as bell here and should be tomorrow night/Wed. a.m.

We’re all looking forward to it! 😉

Madman in the Marketplace - 19 December 2010

I used to LOVE staying up to see stuff like that when I was a kid.

brinn - 20 December 2010

Me too! Of course, this morning it is cloudy as all get out….grrrr. The weather people say that it should clear up, I hope we get to see it!

marisacat - 20 December 2010

I don’t think we will be able to see it, tho we are supposed to have a somewhat lighter day of rain today, iwth another big storm front moving in Tuesday late.

SUPPOSEDLY one can see the start of the eclipse as early as 10, 11PM Pacific Time tonight, out here.

From Pea Soup Land…. 😆

Madman in the Marketplace - 20 December 2010

too cloudy here, too … we’ve got some snow blowing in.

Perrin on Holbrooke, added to the end of the piece I linked below:

Unlike Clay Duke, Richard Holbrooke rarely missed those he was trying to kill. Holbrooke’s recent passing inspired typical encomiums from standard outlets like The New York Times, who respect war criminals with good table manners. I would say that The Nation’s parting kiss to Holbrooke surprised me, but given what Katrina vanden Heuvel has done to that once decent magazine, I merely nodded as Barbara Crossette (a Times vet, natch) applied rouge to Holbrooke’s cheeks.

Among several howlers, Crossette’s claim that “[w]ithin the UN system, Holbrooke had some achievements that were not often widely recognized. One was ending the pariah status of Israel, a cause of much American criticism,” stood out. I’m not sure which planet Crossette is describing here, but her sympathies on this front are open and clear. Yet this is nothing compared to what Crossette omitted: Holbrooke’s key role in arming and backing Indonesia’s genocidal violence in East Timor. Were Holbrooke a Serbian state functionary, this alone would have landed him in the Hague along with reams of official vilification. But in The Nation — y’know, the progressive magazine that’s on YOUR side? — Holbrooke is seen as a triumphant, if controversial, American patriot, his greatest crime airbrushed away.

marisacat - 19 December 2010

applied rouge to Holbrooke’s cheeks.

good line…

Madman in the Marketplace - 19 December 2010

I immediately thought “which cheeks?”

oh even better!

7. Madman in the Marketplace - 19 December 2010

I For Insanity

Clay Duke, the Florida man who opened fire on his local school board and somehow missed hitting any of them, is the latest specimen of a system gone berserk. Not that Duke’s actions were laudable: there are better, more creative ways to register one’s disgust for our wretched conditions. But it seems that Duke craved martyrdom and believed, correctly, that this was his final living act. Whatever his intentions, Duke will soon be forgotten, save for family and those who literally dodged a bullet.

Duke’s V For Vendetta fetish adds to the confusion, showing that even in one’s darkest moments, pop culture plays a major part. Were Duke truly faithful to this narrative, he would have picked off government targets individually, privately, away from cameras (except perhaps his own), leaving cryptic notes about his lethal reasoning. But that would require serious work, and luck, to achieve. Clearly, Duke’s public freak out and death was all he had the energy for. He didn’t even bother to wear a mask.

Tragedies like this are bound to occur in an asylum like ours. But with the class war from above getting nastier and deadlier (recently fortified by President Change), how many more working people will publicly snap, unleashing violence as an answer? Thing is, many if not all of these angry populists target people who are either small fry or have no power at all. They rarely if ever go after the big dogs, which on one level makes sense, since they would be immediately crushed. Yet if assisted suicide is part of the plan, then why not exit by attacking large institutions instead of local functionaries? Your point is made and death wish granted. It’s so simple, it’s stupid.

A Holiday Message from Ricky Gervais: Why I’m An Atheist

This, is of course a spirituality issue, religion is a different matter. As an atheist, I see nothing “wrong” in believing in a god. I don’t think there is a god, but belief in him does no harm. If it helps you in any way, then that’s fine with me. It’s when belief starts infringing on other people’s rights when it worries me. I would never deny your right to believe in a god. I would just rather you didn’t kill people who believe in a different god, say. Or stone someone to death because your rulebook says their sexuality is immoral. It’s strange that anyone who believes that an all-‐powerful all knowing, omniscient power responsible for everything that happens, would also want to judge and punish people for what they are. From what I can gather, pretty much the worst type of person you can be is an atheist. The first four commandments hammer this point home. There is a god”, I’m him, no one else is, you’re not as good and don’t forget it. (Don’t murder anyone, doesn’t get a mention till number 6.)

Or the Jewish version, fragility over their peculiarities…. Or all the other versions.

I have no patience with it anymore…

Fucked Fundies for Mohammed

Too bad Mohammed’s name wasn’t Frankie or Fred.

On sooo many levels.
Not to mention the whole Pinochle Night, Moose Lodgy, Knights of Columbusy feeling when going through airport screening.

marisacat - 20 December 2010

well you know, the Sikh turban is, currently, the single, official, religious exemption article of clothing. Not to unwrap. Fragile boychicks will lose it. THEY get to self pat, then present hands for explosives residue examination.

9. marisacat - 20 December 2010

hmm A commenter, Jeff W, at corrente lifts a comment from Aravosis site:

What we’re left with is an absence of direction from Congress, just like it was back in the summer of ’93, when the Executive and the Pentagon were more or less free to craft whatever regulations they liked.

They are free to allow open service. They are free to ban gays and lesbians from serving in certain jobs and assignments. They can impose separate housing if they want. They can bar gays and lesbians for filing claims of discrimination or harassment based on sexual orientation.

Most damning: The President and his military leaders CAN ban gays and lesbians from serving altogether, and create sanctions and punishments for those discovered to be gay or lesbian while serving. There is nothing in the law just passed to prevent this. If not this president, then the next one, or the one after that. The law in no way obligates the president or his military to allow open service, it only unties their hands to let them do so if they want to, unbound by the previous 1993 law.

This is why we still need the court cases to continue. Absent a law mandating non-discrimination, a case ruling is the only way we’ll get it.

Sounds like they could pass it as the various services retain near total autonomy over exercising the right of gays to serve in the mil, following DADT.

We’ll see.

marisacat - 20 December 2010

People Mag:

Now the question is how long it will be before gay men and lesbians can serve openly.

The service chiefs wanted to have more than a year to implement the new policy, citing the need to train the force and prepare it for “open service,” according to a source close to the matter.

Marine Commandant Gen. Jim Amos, for example, may demand that physical modifications be made to accommodate concerns among some Marines about showering with other Marines who are serving openly. All of this could take time.

Amos may have backing on Capitol Hill, where Sen. Jim Webb (D-Va.), a former Marine, has been pushing the Pentagon to phase in any new policy. Webb said in a statement last week that Defense Secretary Robert Gates confirmed to him that implementation would be “sequenced in order to protect small unit cohesion.”

“We have not determined the specific methodology that would be used should this legislation pass, but I can assure you that the specific concerns that you raise will be foremost in my mind as we develop an implementation plan,” Gates told Webb in a Dec. 17 letter. “Further, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and I remain committed to work closely with the Service Chiefs and the Combatant Commanders in developing this process.”

….

If repeal doesn’t happen soon, SLDN [Service Members Legal Defense Network] will continue to work on repeal through the courts. “That should not be the posture we are in,” Sarvis said.

10. ts - 20 December 2010

Not surprisingly, mix the pushing of kids into college, the cost, and the current lack of job prospects and you get mental health issues.

Of course, the Times blames it on the kids taking drugs (e.g. Wellbutrin) and an increasing rate of diagnosis. Then they interview a senior who seems more worried about the state’s 10% unemployment rate.

One student who said yes to an impromptu interview with a counselor after filling out a depression screening was a psychology major, a senior from upstate New York. As it happened, Dr. Hwang had wandered over from the counseling center to check on the screenings, and the young woman spent a long time conferring with her, never removing her checked coat or backpack.

“I don’t have motivation for things anymore,” the student said afterward. “This place just depresses me the whole time.”

marisacat - 20 December 2010

I cannot even imagine coming out of school today into this depressed and frightening “norm”. And too likely carrying a too big debt burden.

I do think the handwriting has been there for years, but the college/job track is def the hard pushed one track route.

ts - 20 December 2010

I graduated a couple recessions ago (the first of the “jobless” ones), and at the time the counseling office was overwhelmed, as well as the substance abuse center. Alcohol was my drug of choice for an eighteen month stint as the only delivery driver with a BA.

marisacat - 20 December 2010

ugh.. in my cut-short-due to illness working life I quit a few jobs, knowing I could get another.

THOSE days are over.

Another thing I did back in the late 70s was fly wth marijuana (tightly and well wrapped of course), ugh never my drug of choice, from SFO to Austin, it was for baking cancer pain palliatives for my Austin friend’s mother. We’d hit his apartment straight from the airport, me heading for the wine or the champagne, he for the gin and he’d start the baking trays set-up.

No more of that sort of thing, either.

How about the coming to Austin part?? 8)

marisacat - 20 December 2010

No, not then, now! 😉

6th street is still there, but you’d be hanging out with me and my boys, of course!

marisacat - 20 December 2010

well… if I could teleport, wrinkle my nose and be there, I would!…. but ugh I doubt I am ever going to see SFO again.

I know it is Xmas and all but the back up is HORRIFIC out there… underserved in numbers of ticket agents open for check-in, a long long wait in the “security line”…. people who got there way, way ahead of the advertised times (here they say 1.5 domestic, 2.0 hours for Int’l)… are doing a slow boil.

I would not survive being touched by a stranger anyway. I think I would just self immolate. Trying hard to make it a twofer, take a TSA schlumpf with me.

One might think that the high intellects at the New York Times might be able to discern effects from causes, …… apparently not.

http://www.counterpunch.org/patrick12202010.html

In much of Afghanistan, the government does not exist or only in the form of local racketeers and gunmen, often wearing police or army uniforms. A few weeks ago I was driving up the Salang Pass, a vital and supposedly secure route linking Kabul to the north of the country, when we were stopped by a group of men with guns in ragged military uniforms who claimed they were collecting a hitherto unheard of municipal road tax. Afghan drivers said they thought they were simply a gang of bandits but sounded unsurprised and paid up anyway.

Poor li’l kos stomps his feet over Tester

Not only will I do absolutely nothing to help his reelection bid, but I will take every opportunity I get to remind people that he is so morally bankrupt that he’ll try to score political points off the backs of innocent kids who want to go to college or serve their country in the military.

To me, he is the Blanche Lincoln of 2012 — the Democrat I will most be happy to see go down in defeat. And he will. Nothing guarantees a Republican victory more than trying to pretend to be one of them.

Poor small Infanta!

Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaambulance!

Madman in the Marketplace - 20 December 2010

Gee, maybe someone was right BACK IN 2005 about certain “pwogwessives” being ‘Republican trojan horses’.

This blogs goal is increasingly helping Schumer and the rest of the leadership push Republican Trojan Horses like Casey, Kaine, Gene Taylor, Testor and Democrats for Life. Kos is a target only in as much as it helps the people selling us out to international corporations.

Have the bouncers drag me out if that helps preserve your baby-delicate skin and sensibilities.

and Teh Li’l Dictator responded:

Okay, you finally got me to bite (4.00 / 3)
I’ve resisted entreaties to ban you from a lot of people, not just Armando. But seriously, calling Tester and Kaine “Republican Trojan Horses” is my last straw.

I’m sure I’ll hear plenty of people cry about this, but I’m sick and tired of this “vichy Dem” crap. There might be a time and place for it, but smearing good Democrats in tough states as “Republicans” is ridiculous. …

I heard some years ago that some, a very few had been “saved”… and on irregular Sundays, or some ohter slow day in Metro landia… they do special little tours of the few.

But sadly there are quite a few and it never seems they will be doing more “saving” than what they have done….

UK: Unions warn of massive wave of strikes

The UK faces the prospect of widespread and co-ordinated industrial action in the new year, with the leader of the largest trade union today warning that it is “preparing for battle” with the government over its “unprecedented assault” on the welfare state.

Len McCluskey, the newly elected leader of Unite, says union leaders will be holding a special meeting in January to discuss a “broad strike movement” to stop what he described as the coalition’s “explicitly ideological” programme of cuts. Writing in the Guardian, McCluskey praises the “magnificent student movement” that has seen tens of thousands of young people take to the streets to protest at the government’s plans for post-16 education, saying it has put trade unions “on the spot”.

“Their mass protests against the tuition fees increase have refreshed the political parts a hundred debates, conferences and resolutions could not reach,” he said.

McCluskey, elected Unite general secretary last month, said trade unions had to work with students to build a wider anti-cuts campaign: “The magnificent students’ movement needs urgently to find a wider echo if the government is to be stopped.

McCluskey said the meeting in January had been organised by the TUC and would be attended by leaders of the UK’s main unions. He said one of the first tasks was to “reach out” to the student protesters.

“Students have to know that we are on their side. We must unequivocally condemn the behaviour of the police on the recent demonstrations. Kettling, batoning and mounted charges against teenagers have no place in our society.”

Police arrested more than 180 people during the recent wave of protests and released more images today of protesters from 9 December who are suspected of disorder. Last week the home secretary, Theresa May, condemned the violence saw protesters and police injured, and blamed an “organised group of hardcore activists and street gangs”.

However, McCluskey said: “It is ironic that young people have been dismissed as apathetic and uninterested in politics – yet as soon as they turn out in numbers they are treated as the ‘enemy within’ in a way instantly familiar to those of us who spent the 1970s and 1980s on picket lines.”

Right right right. We’re supposed to pretty much die trying to scrape up a living AND worry our selves to death over the existential threat. The big Terror Boogey Man that the likes of Big Sis, Holder, Obstruction, etc., all actually love.

Right. (via Mike Allen email)

Good Tuesday morning.

ATTORNEY GENERAL HOLDER WARNS OF THE THREAT WITHIN -Pierre Thomas, on a Holder interview aired on “Good Morning America”:

‘”What was uppermost on his mind … is the alarming rise in the number of Americans who are more than willing to attack and kill their fellow citizens. ‘It is one of the things that keeps me up at night,’ Holder said. ‘You didn’t worry about this even two years ago — about individuals, about Americans, to the extent that we now do. And that is of great concern. … The threat has changed from simply worrying about foreigners coming here, to worrying about people in the United States, American citizens — raised here, born here, and who for whatever reason, have decided that they are going to become radicalized and take up arms against the nation in which they were born’ … In the last 24 months, Holder said, 126 people have been indicted on terrorist-related charges, fifty of those people are American citizens.” http://abcn.ws/dUR7fY

We are so screwed… stuck in cement, and, every one of us, a suspect.

Just don’t dare unwrap that Sikh turban. Be very very careful.
